Greetings Quaker Road Families, We have another great week to reflect on and celebrate at Quaker Road! Congratulations to all of our student athletes who represented our school at the DSBN Cross Country Race last week, and to all of our students who competed throughout the season. Thank you once again to Mrs Gula and Mr McFadden for coaching our runners. We would also like to acknowledge our Junior Rugby Team for their great effort at their tournament last week, where they picked up a couple of strong wins. Thank you to Mr Coffey and Mr Gaspich for coaching the team and getting our players ready for the big day. Looking ahead to this week, we have Take Me Outside Day on Wednesday, where DSBN educators are invited to take learning outdoors. We would like to thank our Student Leadership Team for their involvement. Please ensure students are dressed for the weather on this day. A reminder that Picture Day is this Friday. Looking further ahead, please note that there will be a Professional Development Day for staff on Monday, October 26th, so there will be no school for students on that day. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to another wonderful week ahead. Quaker Road Admin Team | |
